THE LOW DOWN ON GIVING BIRTH (LAMAZE)
Take two afternoons and prepare for your birth. This class is taught by a Labor and Delivery nurse and you will learn everything you would at your local hospital class – and a bit more. This class is perfect no matter what type of birth you are planning. Read more.
